The Unconventional Womaniya ft. Bhane

Fashion is more about breaking rules than following them. For this post we wanted to blur the lines when it comes to pieces that are considered strictly traditional or  strictly  androgynous and put them together to celebrate their very fashionable fusion.

We put together this grey Ridge dress from Bhane and Mom’s jhumkas and bangles together to create this look. The dress is very “I am an effing boss” while the accessories are giving us all them desi diva feels. We love how everything just works so well together. If you ain’t about that basic life like us, this look is definitely something you should try.

Ripped jeans and Gold Jhumkas aren’t words that are usually used in the same sentence but looking at how this look turned out we feel they should. The juxtaposition of the Jumkas against the ripped jeans just elevates this everyday look. Speaking of everyday looks , if your’e looking to invest in a pair of ripped/distressed jeans  we definitely recommend picking up a pair from Bhane. They can be styled in so many different ways and are a definite must have in your wardrobe.

We at Namaslay love to experiment and are always on a look out for pieces that give us as much creative freedom as possible. These pieces from Bhane served as a blank canvas, allowing us to create our own vision and vibe  around them. This post is dedicated to all of the Unconventional Womaniyas out there breaking stereotypes and conquering the world.
